We are sure you’ll find a few great neatfreak! products you’d like to call your own. When this happens, you will need to know how you can order your products and get them sent to you as soon as possible.

This page gives you information about how to order products from the neatfreak.com site and how they will be shipped.  There is also useful information about free shipping and any cases where shipping may not apply to you.


Free Shipping

Canadian orders:  Orders of $75.00 CAD or more qualify for free shipping.  For orders $74.99 CAD or under, shipping costs are $19.99 for orders. Some products are excluded and may have additional shipping charges.

US orders:  Orders of $75.00 USD or more qualify for free shipping.  For orders $74.99 USD or under, shipping costs are $19.99.

You will be able to see whatever costs are associated with shipping before you finish checking out. Remember, that the shipping costs shown on your order are for domestic ground shipping and not international shipping.

It is important to note that shipments are charged sales tax based on the shipped to address.

Shipping is currently available to all Canadian provinces,(excluding the Territories) and only to Continental USA, (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

2. Account Setup

If you have not already set up an account, you will need to do that before you order. Creating an account is simple and smart. Benefits of creating an account include an overview of past orders and the ability to check faster on your next purchase.

3. Enter Address and Payment Information

As a key part of completing your order, you will need to designate a billing address as well as a shipping address. You will also need to enter information and details of your payment method.

4. Order Evaluation and Finalizing

After making sure your order information is all correct and completing the payment, we’ll send you an email with an order verification. 

How we ship your order

We typically process orders within 1-2 Business Days. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order has shipped with tracking information.

We use trusted couriers for fast and reliable package delivery, though some far-removed areas might not be eligible for delivery.

Neatfreak! is not responsible for any errors or incorrect shipping addresses provided when you check out. Packages returned to our warehouse, if delivery attempts are unsuccessful, will be re-shipped at additional costs to the purchaser.
Please note: over-sized and heavy products may require additional shipping charges.  We cannot deliver to military and post office boxes. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
